GENERAL PROVISIONS
1 The Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of providing the service consisting in the organization of an event in Zagrywki (the Regulations) for the benefit of the Administrator's clients.
2 The Administrator is ABSOLUT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław at Śliczna 7/16 Street, 50-566 Wrocław, tel. 71 77 33331, registered in the National Court Register in the Register of Entrepreneurs, under the number KRS 0000794136, entered in the REGON register under number 383921453, with the NIP number 8992865723 (the "Administrator").
3 A customer may be both a natural person who is a consumer within the meaning of the law, as well as a natural person conducting business activity or a legal person.
4 The Rules of the Place define the rules for persons using the Games. The content is available at the URL: https://zagrywki.pl/regulamin/ and on site. All persons using the Games are obliged to comply with it.
5 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Games available at the URL: https://zagrywki.pl/polityka-prywatnosci/
6 Force majeure means an event of an accidental or natural (natural) nature, the occurrence of which is beyond the control of the Administrator, in particular fire, explosion, power failure, earthquake, flood, cloud burst, riot, pandemic, sanitary restrictions imposed by the government, actions of civil or military authorities, war, acts of terrorism (including cyberterrorism), cyber attacks (e.g. DDOS), actions and/or omissions of ICT network operators.
RESERVATIONS
7 Reservations for the event can be made electronically. The customer determines the date, number of guests, activities, payment method. The summary of the reservation can be found on the event scenario, which is sent for the Client's approval. Making the payment constitutes a confirmation by the Client of the conditions contained in the event scenario and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, and thus means confirmation of the reservation of the event by the Administrator.
8 The date of the event binding for the Client and the Administrator (Parties) is the date specified in the invoice/event scenario. Settlement is based on the selected attractions and the declared number of people. The exception is to increase the number of people on the day of the event (if space allows).
PAYMENT
9 The payment may be made electronically by means of PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań, 60-166 Poznań, at 186 Grunwaldzka Street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000274399, with the NIP number: 779-23-08-495, with a share capital of PLN 4,944,000.00 fully paid, a national payment institution within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services, entered into the register of payment services under the number IP1/2012 (PayU). Supervision over the performance of PayU's activities in the field of payment services is exercised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer based on an invoice.
10 The payment link is active for a certain period of time. Failure to make payment within the validity period of the link or the deadline specified in the invoice will result in the cancellation of the reservation, unless otherwise agreed by the Client and the Administrator.
CANCELLATION/TRANSFER OF RESERVATION
11 The Administrator reserves that in the event of force majeure, the Administrator has the right to propose a change in the date, conditions or cancel the reservation and return the funds within 180 days.
12 The customer cannot cancel the reservation. Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, as this right is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts for services related to leisure, entertainment or sporting events, if the date or period of service provision is specified in the contract.
13 The Client may not change the date of the confirmed reservation unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
OPEN BAR
14 In the event of unavailability of a selected item in the open bar package, the Administrator has the right to provide a replacement.
15 In the last hour of the open bar, alcohol is not dispensed for bottles.
16 Regardless of when a group of guests arrives, the open bar is available during the hours specified in the event template.
17 The first person who comes to collect the wristbands entitling them to use the open bar is obliged to distribute them within the group.
18 Do not give the wristband to people outside the party. The administrator has the right not to serve such a person.
19 It is possible to increase the number of people on the day of the event after the Administrator's approval.
20 Payment for additional people and attractions is made on site.
COMPLAINTS

22 In the report, please indicate the most accurate description of the irregularities (taking into account, for example, the time and place of occurrence and any indication of the manner in which the complaint was resolved).
23 Complaints shall be considered as soon as possible, not exceeding 14 days.
24 The day of filing the complaint is the day of receipt of the complaint to the Administrator.
ADDITIONAL ORDERS
25 The event organizer may order snacks, cakes, cakes and drinks available in the current offer of snacks. The order can be placed and modified no later than 4 days before the start of the event.
26 The settlement of the ordered snacks, cakes, cakes and drinks takes place after the details of the order have been determined - no later than 3 days before the start of the event.
27 It is forbidden to consume food and drinks purchased outside the area of "Zagryweki", with the exception of the possibility of bringing your own cake/cake. In such a case, the Client is obliged to pay a cake fee of PLN 50 (in the case of =>10 Participants of the event, in a situation where there are more Participants, an additional fee of PLN 5 per person applies). In addition, the Client is obliged to sign a cake statement, on which he assumes full responsibility for safety in connection with transport and food consumption, including any claims arising from this.
FURTHER PROVISIONS
28 The Client undertakes to cover damages and destruction caused by the Client's guests, resulting from the event in the area of Zagryweki. Any damages will be estimated by the Administrator on the basis of the damage protocol. The Client is obliged to cover the costs of removing damages and destruction in the amount indicated on the relevant invoice, determined on the basis of the valuation indicated in the above-mentioned protocol.
29 In matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law and/or the provisions applicable to the place of residence of the consumer's law or the terms of the agreement concluded between the Parties shall apply.
30 In the event of any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions being amended and/or annulled as a result of a final court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
31 The Administrator declares its readiness to resolve disputes in the amicable procedure, including pursuing claims in the out-of-court ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedure. 32 Any disputes between the Administrator and the Client who is not a consumer shall be resolved by the court with territorial jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office.
