Regulations of the “High Score Bacardi” Promotion

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The organiser of the promotion is Gravity Park Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Goplańska 35, 02-954 Warszawa, tel. 22 113 14 41, registered in the National Court Register in the register of entrepreneurs, under number 0000514593, entered in the REGON register under number 147296989, NIP number 9512380720,
e-mail: info@zagrywki.pl ( hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2. The promotion is carried out stationary in Zagrywki, ul. Nowy Świat 4a, 00-497 in Warsaw.
1.3. The promotion is carried out based on these regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”)
1.4. The promotion is valid on selected Saturdays from 4 p.m. to Sunday 3 a.m., in the period from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024, on the terms specified in the Regulations. The exact dates will be published on Zagrywka’s Facebook profile.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. Only an adult person who purchases goods covered by the Promotion during its duration may participate in the Promotion.
2.2. The goods covered by the Promotion are: Bacardi Spiced & Cola, Bacardi Cuatro Highball, Bacardi Mojito, Bacardi Cuba Libre.

3. RULES OF PROMOTION

3.1. When purchasing goods covered by the Promotion, the Promotion Participant receives one stamp on the card. You can collect a total of six stamps.
3.2. The stamps are valid until the end of the Promotion and at that time they must be exchanged for a prize (this is not possible after the end of the Promotion).
3.3. Stamps can only be collected on the days covered by the Zagrywki Promotion.
3.4. The Promotion Participant may exchange the collected stamps in accordance with the Regulations for one of the prizes: 2 stamps = a coin to be redeemed at the premises of Zagrywki, 4 stamps = a drink from the promotional offer for PLN 1, 6 stamps = a sports bum bag.
3.5. The prize can only be collected after returning the card with stamps. The Promotion Participant cannot redeem several prizes from one card. However, the Promotion Participant may freely choose one of the three prizes if he or she has collected 6 stamps.
3.6. One coin is worth PLN 5. It is not money, it is not a financial instrument. The coin can only be used at the Zagrywki premises if it is possible to pay with the token at the premises.
3.7. No further stamps are given for drinks issued as prizes.

4. RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS FROM THE PROMOTION

4.1. The stamp card is not valid after the end of the Promotion.
4.2. If it turns out that the stamps or card do not come from the Organizer, the prize will not be issued to the Promotion Participant.
4.3. The organiser has the right to refuse to issue a prize to an intoxicated or underage person.
4.4. The promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Act of July 29, 1992 on games and mutual betting.
4.5. The promotion does not constitute an offer or public promise within the meaning of the Civil Code.
4.6. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier or extend its duration due to important reasons, which will not, however, result in a violation of the rights acquired by the Participants.
4.7. The Organizer does not provide business activities consisting in the purchase and sale of foreign exchange values or intermediation in their purchase and sale, nor does it deal in trading in financial instruments.

5. COMPLAINTS

5.1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the provided contact details of the Organizer.
5.2. Complaints must be considered within 14 days of their receipt by the Organizer.

6. PERSONAL DATA
6.1. Personal data is not processed for the purposes of the Promotion.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations. Each document is marked with the date from which its provisions apply.
7.2. The Promotion Participant is bound by the regulations applicable on the day of using the Promotion (day of receiving the stamp(s).
7.3. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law and/or provisions applicable to the place of residence of the consumer shall apply.
7.4. If any of the provisions of the Regulations are changed and/or invalidated as a result of a final court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
7.5. Any disputes between the Service Provider and the company will be resolved by thecourt having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.

7.6. The Administrator declares their availability to resolve disputes in an amicable manner, including vindication of claims in out-of-court proceedings ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). In this case, please submit a complaint via the website:

7.7. The authorised entity to which the complaint can be directed depends on the consumer’s choice. The register of such entities in Poland, along with contact details and website address, can be found here:
