The guiding principle of the Zagrywki activity bar is to ensure the well-being of minors and take their best interests into account. All persons employed at Zagrywki activity bar treat children with respect and take their needs into account. Any form of violence against children is unacceptable. Zagrywki employees pursue goals related to the protection of minors within the framework of applicable law, internal regulations, and their own competencies.
Child (minor) – any person under the age of 18;
If you are a minor, here are the most important rules for safe relationships with employees and other children, applicable at Zagrywki activity bar.
§ 1 Rules for Safe Relationships between Zagrywki Staff and Minors
1. Zagrywki employees should adhere to the following rules when interacting with minors:
a) the fundamental principle of all actions undertaken by Zagrywki employees is to act for the well-being of minors and in their best interests. Employees treat minors with respect, taking into account their dignity and needs. Any form of violence against minors is unacceptable;
b) The principles of safe employee-minor relations apply to all employees, contractors, interns, and volunteers, regardless of their legal relationship with Zagrywki.
c) Knowledge and acceptance of the principles are confirmed by signing a declaration, a template of which is attached as Appendix 1 to these Standards.
2. A Zagrywek employee is obligated to maintain a professional relationship with minors and to always consider whether their reaction, communication, or action towards a minor is appropriate to the situation, safe, justified, and fair to other minors.
3. When interacting with minors, a Zagrywek employee:
a) treats them with respect;
b) listens to them and strives to provide a response appropriate to the situation and their age;
c) does not embarrass, disrespect, humiliate, or insult a minor;
d) does not shout unless a dangerous situation requires it (e.g., a warning); e) shall not disclose sensitive information about minors to unauthorized persons, including the disclosure of their image.
4. Decisions concerning minors should take into account the safety of other minors.
5. Minors have the right to privacy; any deviation from the confidentiality rules must be justified in each case.
6. A Zagrywek employee is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with their function or work performed, concerning the health, developmental and educational needs, psychophysical abilities, sexuality, sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, or worldviews of minors.
7. A Zagrywek employee may not record images of minors for private purposes unless the minor's guardian has given consent.
§ 2
1. Employees are obligated to assure minors that if they feel uncomfortable, they will receive appropriate assistance, consistent with the instructions for providing assistance.
2. If an employee observes disturbing behavior or a situation, they are obligated to follow the rules and procedures for intervention in cases of suspected child abuse described in Chapter III.
3. In cases where there is a suspicion of non-compliance with the Standards, they are obligated to inform the Zagrywek Manager.
§ 3 Catalog of Prohibited Behaviors
1. Any violent behavior toward a minor is prohibited.
2. A Zagrywek employee may not push, hit, poke, etc., a minor.
3. An employee may not touch a minor in a way that could be misinterpreted.
4. A Zagrywek employee may not behave inappropriately in the presence of children. This includes using vulgar words, gestures, and jokes, making offensive remarks, alluding to sexual activity or attractiveness, and exploiting a power relationship or physical advantage over a child (intimidation, coercion, threats).
5. Employees are prohibited from engaging in any romantic or sexual relationships with a child or making inappropriate propositions. This also includes sexual comments, jokes, gestures, and sharing erotic or pornographic content with children, regardless of their form.
6. Employees are prohibited from offering alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances to children.
7. Physical contact with a minor must never be secret or concealed, involve any form of gratification, or result from a power relationship.
8. In justified cases, physical contact between an employee and a minor is permitted.
Such situations include:
a) assisting a minor in the event of an injury or to prevent a situation threatening their health; b) providing contact when demonstrating or instructing how to use the Zagrywki bar activities;
c) assisting a disabled minor in navigating Zagrywki;
d) assisting a disabled minor in eating meals;
9. An employee who is aware that a minor has suffered harm, such as physical, psychological, or sexual abuse, is obligated to exercise particular caution in contact with the minor, demonstrating understanding and sensitivity.
10. If it is necessary to speak with a child in private, a Zagrywki employee should leave the door to the room ajar and ensure they are within the view of others. They may also ask another employee to be present during such a conversation.
11. All Zagrywki employees should respect the contributions of children to the activities undertaken and treat them equally regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ability/disability, social, ethnic, cultural, religious status, and worldview. Favoritism should be avoided.
§ 4
1. Contact with minors outside of working hours is generally prohibited; meetings with a minor or their guardian should take place on Zagrywki premises. 2. If an employee has a family or social relationship with a minor or their guardian, they are obligated to maintain full confidentiality, in particular to keep confidential matters concerning other minors, guardians, and employees.
§ 5 Requirements for Safe Relationships between Minors, Including Prohibited Behavior
1. Minors treat each other with respect and take into account their dignity and needs in their interactions.
2. All actions undertaken by Zagrywek Employees are aimed at building proper interpersonal relationships between Users (minors).
3. Prohibited behavior in relationships between minors includes:
a) any aggressive behavior, including verbal and active aggression,
b) violation of physical integrity,
c) embarrassing, humiliating, disrespecting, and insulting another person,
d) hate speech and any violation of personal rights online. e) Disclosing sensitive information about peers, if any, to unauthorized persons.
4. In the event of a conflict with peers, the User (minor) does not resolve the conflict on their own. They request assistance from a Zagrywek employee.
MINORS' PROTECTION STANDARDS
Preamble
The guiding principle of the Zagrywki activity bar is to ensure the well-being of minors and take their best interests into account. All persons employed at the Zagrywki activity bar treat children with respect and take their needs into account. Any form of violence against children is unacceptable. Zagrywki employees pursue goals related to the protection of minors within the framework of applicable law, internal regulations, and their own competencies.
Child – any person under the age of 18;
Zagrywki – activity bar operated by Gravity Park sp. z o.o. providing entertainment services to children;
Management – persons acting as managers of Zagrywki.
Child Abuse – committing a prohibited act or a criminal act to the detriment of a child, or endangering the well-being of a child, including neglect. Employee – any person providing work or services to Zagrywki, regardless of the form of employment, including contractors, collaborators, intern, volunteers, or any other person who, due to their role or tasks, has (even potential) contact with children.
Guardian – a person authorized to represent a child, in particular their parent or legal guardian, as well as a foster parent.
User – a person using the Zagrywki activity bar.
Chapter I – Rules Ensuring Safe Relationships Between Minors and Zagrywki Staff, and in particular Prohibited Behaviors towards Minors.
§ 1
1. The person responsible for preparing Zagrywki employees to apply the Minor Protection Standards is the manager.
2. The manager familiarizes employees with the Minor Protection Standards and collects from each employee a declaration confirming that they have become familiar with the Minor Protection Standards applicable at the Zagrywki activity bar. A template for the employee declaration is provided in Appendix 1 to this document. 3. Newly hired employees at Zagrywki are familiarized with the standards during their first week of employment, and at that time they are required to complete the declaration referred to in paragraph 2.
§2 Principles of Safe Employee Recruitment
1. The procedure for hiring an employee is as follows:
a) Before entering into an employment relationship with an individual or before admitting an individual to other activities related to the upbringing, education, recreation, treatment, or care of minors, the Zagrywek Manager is obligated to
obtain information whether that individual's data is included in the Register with limited access
or the Register of Persons for Whom the State Commission for Combating the Sexual Exploitation of Minors Under the Age of 15 has issued a decision to be entered in the Register;
b) The Zagrywek Manager collects information from the candidate regarding their criminal record from the National Criminal Register; c) If the candidate holds a citizenship other than Polish, then he/she should also submit information from the criminal record of the country of which he/she is a citizen, obtained for the purposes of professional or volunteer activities
related to contact with minors, or information from the criminal record if
the law of that country does not provide for the release of information for the above-mentioned
purposes;
d) If the law of the country from which the criminal record information is to be submitted does not
provide for the release of such information or does not maintain a criminal record, then
the candidate must submit, under penalty of criminal liability, a declaration of this fact
together with the declaration – Appendix No. 2, that he/she has not been convicted by a final judgment and that no other judgment has been issued against him/her stating that he/she has committed such prohibited acts, and that he/she is not obliged, under a court decision, other authorized body, or statute, to comply with a prohibition on occupying any or specific positions, performing any or specific professions or activities related to the upbringing, education, recreation, treatment, provision of psychological counseling, spiritual development, participation in sports, or the pursuit of other interests by minors, or caring for them;
e) The following declaration shall be submitted under penalty of criminal liability:
I am aware of criminal liability for making a false declaration.
This declaration replaces the authority's warning about criminal liability for making a false declaration.
A template for the declaration of no criminal record is attached as Annex 2 to these Standards. § 3 Principles of Safe Relationships between Zagrywek Staff and Minors
1. Zagrywek employees should adhere to the following rules when interacting with minors:

§ 7 Requirements for Safe Relationships between Minors, Including Prohibited Behavior
1. Minors treat each other with respect and take into account their dignity and needs in their interactions.
2. All actions undertaken by Zagrywek Employees are aimed at building proper interpersonal relationships between Users (minors).
3. Prohibited behavior in relationships between minors includes:
a) any aggressive behavior, including verbal and active aggression,
b) violating physical integrity,
c) embarrassing, humiliating, disrespecting, and insulting another person,
d) hate speech and any violation of personal rights online.
e) Disclosing sensitive information about peers, if any, to unauthorized persons.
4. In the event of a conflict with peers, the User (minor) does not resolve it alone. He/she requests assistance from a Zagrywek employee in resolving the conflict.
Chapter III – Rules and Procedure for Intervening in the Event of Suspected Abuse of a Minor
§ 8
1. If a Zagrywek employee suspects that a minor is being abused, the employee is obligated to prepare a memo and forward the information to the Zagrywek manager – a template memo confirming the observation of the situation is provided in Appendix 3.
2. In any case of a minor being abused, the Employee should immediately ensure their safety and separate them from the person suspected of abuse.
§ 9.
1. The Zagrywek manager summons the guardians of the minor suspected of abuse and informs them of the suspected abuse. The above procedure does not apply to situations where there is concern that their guardians may be responsible for the child's abuse.
2. The Zagrywek employee should prepare a description of the minor's situation observed in connection with the suspected abuse of the minor. 3. If a suspicion of abuse has been reported by the minor's guardians and the suspicion has not been confirmed, the minor's guardians must be informed of this fact in writing.
§ 10
1. In more complex and serious cases (concerning sexual abuse, physical and psychological abuse), the Zagrywek manager informs guardians of the Zagrywek manager's obligation to report suspected abuse of a minor to the appropriate institution (prosecutor's office/police or family court, social welfare center, or the head of the interdisciplinary team – the "Blue Card" procedure – depending on the diagnosed type of abuse and the associated intervention).
2. Further proceedings fall within the competence of the institutions indicated in the preceding point.
§ 11
1. If a Zagrywek employee suspects that minors may be experiencing abuse from their guardians, they shall immediately report such incident to the Zagrywek manager. 2. After reviewing each case, the Manager will consider taking action in the form of reporting suspected abuse of a minor to the appropriate institution (prosecutor's office/police or family court, social welfare center, or head of the interdisciplinary team – "Blue Card" procedure).
§ 12
1. If a Zagrywek employee suspects that minors may be being abused by other minors, they will immediately report such a case to the Manager of Zagrywek.
2. The Manager of Zagrywek will summon the guardians of the minor suspected of being abused and inform them of the suspected abuse. The Manager will summon the guardians of the minor who is the perpetrator of the abuse and inform them of the child's inappropriate behavior. 3. Depending on the scale of the incident, the Zagrywek Manager will consider taking action in the form of reporting suspected child abuse to the appropriate institution
(prosecutor's office/police or family court, social welfare center).
§13
1. Each disclosed or reported incident or event threatening the well-being of a minor,
for which a note was prepared by a Zagrywek Employee, will be recorded
in the book of incidents threatening the well-being of minors - Appendix No. 4, and
the note will be included in the documentation of incidents threatening the well-being of minors.
Chapter IV - Principles for Updating the Minor Protection Standards
§14
1. The Zagrywek Manager shall designate a person responsible for monitoring the implementation
of these minor protection standards.
2. The person referred to in paragraph 1 is responsible for monitoring the implementation
of the standards, for responding to signals of violations of the adopted procedures, and for
proposing changes and updating the standards.
3. The person referred to in paragraph 1 shall conduct a survey among Zagrywek employees every two years to monitor the level of standards implementation.
4. In the survey, Zagrywek employees may propose changes and updates to the standards and indicate any observed violations regarding the application of these standards in the Zagrywek activity bar.
5. They may also do so at any time by reporting the matter directly to the Zagrywek Manager.
§ 15
1. The person responsible for updating the Child Protection Standards, based on the conducted surveys, observations, and interviews, shall assess the standards to ensure their adaptation to current needs and compliance with applicable regulations.
2. The conclusions of the assessment shall be documented in writing.
3. Based on the conclusions of the study, the Zagrywek Manager shall introduce the necessary changes to the standards and announce the new wording of the Child Protection Standards to Zagrywek employees. Chapter V – Principles and Method of Making Standards Available to Parents, Legal or Actual Guardians, and Minors for Review and Application
§ 16
1. The documentation comprising the Minor Protection Standards is available
to parents and legal guardians on the Zagrywki activity bar website.
2. Parents/legal guardians of minors are informed of the address of the Zagrywki website. The Minor Protection Standards are also available on the Zagrywki activity bar website.
3. It is the parents'/legal guardians' responsibility to familiarize themselves with the standards and the resulting principles for the protection of minors.
§ 17
1. The documentation comprising the Minor Protection Standards is available
to Users on the Zagrywki website. A shortened version of the Standards prepared for minors is also available. 2. The standards for the protection of minors are also available to Users within the Zagrywki activity bar.
3. Underage Users of Zagrywki are obligated to familiarize themselves with the standards and the resulting rules for the protection of minors.
Chapter VI – Using the Internet
§ 18
1. The rules for the use of mobile phones and electronic devices with Internet access within Zagrywki are intended, among other things, to protect children from harmful content and threats on the Internet and those stored in other forms.
2. Users within the Zagrywki area are provided with access to the Wi-Fi network;
3. The Wi-Fi network is secured by software that constitutes basic network security, i.e., a firewall.
4. Their owners are responsible for securing private devices connected to the wireless network provided within Zagrywki. 5. Zagrywki takes steps to protect minors from accessing content that may pose a threat to their proper development, particularly content intended for users over 18 years of age.
Chapter VII – Principles for establishing a support plan for minors after a report of harm
§ 19
1. If a case of child abuse is discovered, the Zagrywek Manager
provides the injured party and their legal guardians with a list of places and institutions
that can provide more comprehensive assistance in light of the incident, including:
a) 24-hour child helpline – 116 111;
b) free nationwide support line – 116 123 – Monday through Friday,
from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, which provides the following assistance:
• conducting telephone consultations for individuals requiring support in crisis situations;
• developing and providing a referral system for individuals using telephone assistance
to local specialists and support institutions for continued assistance;
• conducting online informational and educational activities
to support crisis interventions.
