The Regulations for the Use of the Cloakroom (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules for making the cloakroom managed by Gravity Park Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Goplańska 35, 02-954 Warsaw, tel. 22 123 55 66, registered in the National Court Register under number 0000514593, entered in the REGON register under number 147296989, and Tax Identification Number (NIP) 9512380720 (hereinafter referred to as "We"), regardless of the location of the cloakroom within Zagrywek (hereinafter referred to as the "Cloakroom"), and for storing items left there by such persons.
1. The cloakroom is not self-service. 2. The cloakroom is open during Zagrywki opening hours as long as staff are present and there are no notices indicating restrictions or closure of the cloakroom.
3. We may impose restrictions on the use of the cloakroom if required for safety reasons or legal regulations (e.g., sanitary regulations).
4. The cloakroom is closed outside of Zagrywki opening hours and if a notice (a notice in a visible place) informing about the closure of the cloakroom is posted.
5. The cloakroom accepts for storage only:
- outerwear;
- umbrellas.
6. The cloakroom is subject to a fee. Leaving items listed in §3 costs PLN 6 per item. After paying, the person receiving a token that can be used for purchases at Zagrywki and a wristband with a number is required.
7. Anyone leaving items for storage is obligated to comply with the Regulations and agrees not to leave valuables, as specified in §6 below. 8. The cloakroom does not deposit valuables and does not accept the following items for safekeeping:
- bags, purses, backpacks, etc.,
- money, keys, documents;
- jewelry and other valuables;
- electronic equipment (e.g., computers, laptops, cell phones), photographic equipment, and other expensive specialized equipment;
- items that may cause harm to third parties or their property, in particular through damage or contamination, or that may damage or contaminate the cloakroom area;
- items that are foul-smelling, flammable, easily inflammable, explosive, corrosive, or contain other hazardous materials, as well as animals, including, but not limited to, any animals in cages or containers.
9. Leaving items specified in § 3 and § 6 or animals in the cloakroom, even without the knowledge of the cloakroom staff, constitutes a gross violation of the Regulations. Anyone leaving such items or animals behind does so at their own risk. 10. Items may only be released from the cloakroom upon presentation of a numbered wristband to the cloakroom staff. The cloakroom staff wears a uniform in the form of a T-shirt or sweatshirt with the Zagrywek logo or other attire with a visible Zagrywek staff identification.
11. The cloakroom staff member is not obligated to confirm the identity of the person handing over the items for safekeeping with the person requesting the release of the item based on the issued wristband.
- The person receiving the numbered wristband is obligated to look after it and not hand it over to third parties. If the numbered wristband is lost, the person may be asked to wait until all remaining coats or umbrellas in the cloakroom have been returned, unless the item has been clearly identified by CCTV.
- A fee of PLN 20 applies for the loss or destruction of the numbered wristband. 12. We assume no responsibility for items left on Zagrywki premises outside the Cloakroom.
13. Items left in the Cloakroom are stored for a period of 7 days. After this period, we are not responsible for their loss.
14. Everyone using the Cloakroom is obligated to read and comply with these Regulations.
We are not responsible for any failure to comply with these Regulations. Each person is deemed to have read and agreed to strictly comply with these Regulations before leaving their items in the Cloakroom.
15. The current text of the Regulations is available in the Cloakroom and on the Zagrywki website, www.zagrywki.pl.
16. We reserve the right to amend these Regulations. Any change will take effect upon its adoption, which will be communicated by posting a new version of the Regulations in the Cloakroom and publishing it on the Zagrywki website. The new Regulations will be effective upon the opening of the Cloakroom on the day of their adoption. 17.
